Do not twist anything with the knife and the general recommendation is that the knife is not used to cut sticks, bones, or frozen meat. This will avoid chipping the blade and breaking the tip.

Refund policy

We accept returns of new, unused merchandise within 14 days from the delivery. Please contact us at to receive return information.
